The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India & other agencies have been implementing several development scheme for Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad and Kharagpur. BRIEF was hired as a consultant to evaluate these schemes and submit the report on the effectiveness of utilisation of funds and impact of those schemes. A comprehensive assessment of the schemes of Ministry of HRD was being carried out and a detailed report was drafted which provided an understanding of the current working and impact of this Scheme. In this report, impact of the schemes, their implementation process was detailed along with evaluating the processes and suggestions to improve the performance, monitoring, and benefits of the Schemes was provided.
