The Evaluation Study was entrusted to the National Productivity Council by DGET, Govt. of India.ÿ The field survey was implemented by BRIEF team across the six states wherein we conducted the surveys at the selected Vocational Training Institutes. Various aspects were observed during the survey which included Focus Groups with the former students as well as the employers of the students from the particular institutes.
