This was an evaluation study with a Survey of sample size of 2000 school. BRIEF conducted the primary survey across the 75 district Uttar Pradesh. The study encompassed randomly selected schools (activated in Phase 1 & 2) where ICT scheme was implemented. The project activities encompassed conducting field visits and gathering data related to the computer hardware/software/teachers and other material supplied as per the contract of the vendor at schools, verification for authenticity of the data and co-ordination with the schools and staff of the department of higher education for carrying out site visits.
