Understanding Demand for Railway Passenger Services, Willingness to Pay and Quality of Services
The survey was a questionnaire based survey of 4000 passengers at Chennai, Bangalore and Secunderabad Junctions to understand passenger demand sensitivity to different fare structure of different modes of transportation for short, medium and long-distance journey
