To assess healthcare decisions and healthcare expenditure in Uttar Pradesh in the districts of Firozabad and Chandauli in urban and rural areas for (i) chronic breathlessness in adults, (ii) common chronic gynaecological problems faced by women, and iii) acute respiratory infection in children and using CAPI to collect sample data for the same.
