Since joining BRIEF in 2017, Asif has been contributing to multidisciplinary research and consulting assignments for government institutions, international development organizations, and corporate clients. His expertise encompasses the complete research and data management lifecycle, including survey planning, data validation, cleaning, transformation, quality assurance, secondary research, statistical analysis, and the development of insightful reports and visualizations.

Over the years, he has contributed to 35+ research and impact evaluation projects across Trade & Industry Facilitation, Agriculture & Rural Livelihoods, Public Policy & Governance, Healthcare & Sanitation, Infrastructure & Transport, Skilling & Employment, and Gender & Social Inclusion. His project portfolio includes notable assignments such as the National Time Release Study (NTRS), Cost of Regulation (CoR), and National Level Monitoring (NLM), alongside numerous large-scale studies supporting policy evaluation and programme implementation.
