										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>BRIEF was contracted by PwC to verify and validate the status of ODF for the villages as declared by DWSCs which included translating the questionnaire into Assamese, training of all the enumerators and supervisors at a centralised location in presence of PwC, conducting survey in ODF villages to validate the use and coverage of sanitary toilets using smart phone/tab/web based with geo-tagging, conducting of interviews/FGDs with Anganwadi Centres and Schools, and monitoring the survey while maintaing quality.</p>
