										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The objective of the study is to study credit guarantee schemes and institutions across various countries, share some of the best international practices, and also suggest measures that a credit guarantee agency can imbibe in its efforts to evolve into a prudent, financially viable and self-sustaining credit guarantee institution which is appropriately capitalized and has adequate risk management capacity in place. The study would capture the current status &#038; requirements through primary survey in the ASEAN region, China and India as well as secondary research to understand the credit guarantee set up in other countries.<br />
The study also envisages studying various critical factors which include: reasons behind the success or failure of schemes, measures and mechanisms adopted in different countries, supporting policies, organization structures in various credit guarantee institutions, etc</p>

The objective of the study was to suggest alternative policy measures which can help in monetising gold either by Incorporating private reserves of gold held into national accounting Finding out what kind of gold backed investment products will induce people to desist in investing in physical gold and move either completely or at least partially into gold backed investment products, if at all they are willing to do so.</p>
